Content Creation and Management:
- Develop creative messages and content to attract and convert visitors.
- Focus on our exclusive selections, collaborating with quality local Vietnamese brands
- Coordinate with content creators to ensure all marketing materials align with the brand's voice and objectives.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and return on investment (ROI) across 3 main platforms - Facebook, Instagram & Google.
- Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and improve marketing efforts continually.
- Performance marketing can be run by you if you can.
Customer Engagement:
- If your creativity sells to our customer, you will have a bigger role to take care of email marketings, product related social media to have higher convert leads.
- Also you can initiate and implement customer loyalty programs to retain and grow the customer base.
Collaboration:
- Working closely with the CHUS team to align marketing campaigns with sales goals is one of the most important tasks.
