Identify key trends and tools in performance marketing and social media marketing in order to develop effective digital approaches.
Manage and optimize campaigns from various networks including Google Adwords, Facebook Ads,...
Work with designers to produce marketing materials such as app's screenshots, icon, banner and preview video.
Track budget, ad expense and ROI of all digital campaigns.
Conduct App Store Optimization by continuous storefront testing.
Analyze data about user behavior and app performance to propose improvements on products, monetization and user experience.
Run A/B Testing to optimize user acquisition, monetization, and user experience.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, app store optimization, mobile marketing, or growth marketing
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, app tracking, and data analysis Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and concisely
Experience and success in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver projects on time and within budget
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience with Agile methodology and Growth Hacking frameworks is a plus

This is a full-time remote role for a Growth App Marketing. The Growth App Marketing will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing digital marketing strategies to increase user acquisition, retention, and conversion rates for our mobile app. The Growth App Marketing will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize app store listings, landing pages, and user journey funnel, as well as analyze user behavior and metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
