Mô tả công việc
- Be involved in Fintech business with ZaloPay - expected to be one of the leading e-payment products in Vietnam.
- Opportunity to build and enhance the Merchant site and reconcile system with the fully support from internal Technical/Operation & Finance Accounting team.
- Work with all of ZaloPay teams to understand operational activities of a start-up environment
Main duties:
- Join participate in reviewing operation terms and articles in the contract between ZaloPay and Partners.
- To solve problems and disputes from customers relating to transaction via ZaloPay and Partners.
- To ensure payment, settlement and control transactions are carried out correctly, on time and accurately
- To implement, monitor and check daily and monthly settlement and reconciliation with partners Merchants/ Banks, supplier & internal control.
- To propose and build up applications to support automatic settlement, reconciliation an chargeback process.
- Create document & maintain a detailed knowledge of industry best practice.
- Report on settlement, payment, chargeback and dispute handling activities.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor degree in Finance & Business.
- At least 2 years of experience working within team at e-wallet industryor banking industry.
- Good understanding of online payment industry issues.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Working knowledge of Windows-based business computers an Microsoft Office programs; specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint.
