The company's flagship product is a web-based application designed to manage large-scale media libraries (photos, videos, audio files, documents...). As a direct result of 15+ years of independent R&D, Cortex is the most flexible DAM on the market and the solution chosen by Amazon, BBC, United Nations, National Geographic, WWF,... to manage their large digital assets libraries
Orange Logic is in a fairly unique and robust financial position with no debt, we are:
Independent: we can adopt a longer term vision.
Stable: we are less affected by economic conditions. For example, there were no layoffs or compensation cuts during the Covid economic downturn. We even kept hiring!
The same core group of tech driven founders is driving the strategy today, with an obsession for the product.
YOUR MISSION
As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of product releases. Essential Functions:
Manage the (release) backlog
Clarify requirements with key stakeholders, document user stories, set priorities, and plan sprints.
Oversee the implementation progress
Support the teams to ensure both time & quality objectives are met (Troubleshooting, priorities management, testing...)
Ensure deliverables meet the company quality standards
Conduct functional reviews before changes are delivered to users and help build the engineering culture.
As you get a better understanding of the product & the vision driving its development, you will gradually take a key role in the global backlog management and weigh in early on requirements to ensure they fit in the global picture.
