The Job

Management:

• Planning product tasks follow Scrum Framework;
• Work closely with development team to ensure products/features are well produced/implemented according to management requirements;
• Risk management for deadlines and team tasks, regularly reporting progress to management.

Product Quality:

• Analysis on data of product to have an overview of product and propose plans for improving product KPI (Retention, ROAS) if possible

Communicate well with multiple teams/departments (BOD, Marketing) to ensure transparent communication with everyone

Your Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree
• Have at least 2 years experiences in the Mobile Game Development, especially experiences in management and product analysis - Work experience in Agile/Scrum Development Team
• Good presentation and documentation skills
• Plus: Have knowledge on using Notion

Other requirements:

• Good analytical and critical thinking
• Strong self-discipline but be mindful with everyone
