At OKO - Online English Tutoring Center, we are seeking a skilled and visionary Product Owner to lead the collaboration with our third-party production partner. This role involves overseeing the development and continuous enhancement of our online learning platforms, ensuring alignment with our educational goals and seamless integration of external technical resources.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Vision and Strategy:
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap, ensuring IT aligns with both the company's strategic goals and the capabilities of our third-party production partner.
- Prioritize product features and initiatives in collaboration with senior management, stakeholders, and the third-party team.
2. Partnership Management:
- Act as the primary liaison between OKO and the third-party production partner, facilitating clear communication and alignment on project goals and milestones.
- Ensure that the partner understands the product scope and requirements and that their contributions meet our quality standards and timelines.
3. Backlog and Development Oversight:
- Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories and requirements that guide the third-party production team.
- Regularly review and refine the backlog to ensure clarity, relevance, and alignment with evolving educational and technological needs.
4. Product Development Cycle:
- Monitor the development process managed by the third-party partner, participating in key milestones and review sessions.
- Ensure that development practices follow Agile methodologies, with an emphasis on regular feedback and iterative progress.
5. Quality Assurance and Integration:
- Work closely with internal QA resources to establish testing and acceptance criteria for deliverables from the third-party partner.
- Oversee the integration of new features and updates into the existing platform, ensuring smooth deployment and minimal disruption.
6. User Experience and Market Feedback:
- Collaborate with UX/UI
designers and customer service teams to gather user feedback and translate IT into actionable improvements and features for future development cycles.
- Use data-driven insights to refine product offerings and enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
