Product Owner

• Owning a product/product line, developing and maintaining product vision and strategies to achieve it
• Run discovery workshops (Service Design, Product Design, Personas, MVP scoping, Inception Deck).
• Create Inception Deck to align all stakeholders and development team's members
• Explain to the development team about the product's market & users
• Creates the User Story Map and define the minimum viable product (MVP)
• Manage Product Backlog (create & list requirements)
• Make the plan for release and each time-box (iteration)
• Perform user acceptance testing, validate that delivered features meet agreed functional & technical acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with the development team to make sure that product backlogs are understood correctly, and make adjustments in time if needed
• Translate business needs into well-structured epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that consider data flow, edge cases, and non-functional needs.
• Clarify requirements with engineers, review proposed solutions, and ensure feasibility without over-engineering.
• Translate requirements into wireframes, user flows
• Collaborate with UIUX designers on visual polish, ensuring consistency with the Design System.
• Drive the product evolution through data analysis and user feedback
• Define and validate product KPI and monitor it
• Communicate with business stakeholders

• Advantageous to have 3-5 years of experience in product/service planning/UX
• Have at least 2-year experiences related to software development
• Fluency in English is a MUST
• Communication & negotiation skill
• Organizational & analytical skill
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Data-driven focus
• Be a savvy application user or have experience in website design
• Familiarity with Agile Software Development
• Having experience in the shipping industry is a plus
