Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Data Science,
Software Engineering, or related technical/quantitative fields.
- Certifications in Product Ownership (e.g., PSPO, CSPO), AI/ML, or a personal/open-source AI project portfolio is a strong plus.
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Product Owner,
Business Analyst,
AI Engineer or AI Product Builder for technology products.
- Hands-on AI experience: has personally built and shipped at least 1 complete AI application that can be demoed with architecture explained. Acceptable scope: chatbot using LLM API, AI-integrated automation workflow (n8n/Make/Zapier), simple RAG, prompt-based tool, AI assistant for a specific task.
- Has worked with LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, OpenAI Codex...) and understands basic patterns: prompt engineering, function calling, RAG (at concept level).
- Strong preference for candidates who have built complex agents with Claude Agent SDK, Hermes Agent, Openclaw Agent or custom orchestration; have vibe-coding experience (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex); or maintain a public AI portfolio / open-source contributions.
- Strong foundational thinking in at least 1 of the following 4 knowledge domains:
+ Agentic AI & LLM: Understand agent architecture, ReAct, planning, tool use, memory and multi-agent collaboration; able to differentiate when to use RAG, fine-tuning or agents.
+ AI Engineering: Principles of prompt engineering, context engineering, evaluation frameworks and AI safety/guardrails.
+ Product Discovery & Delivery: Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum, user story mapping, prioritization frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW, Kano) and product impact measurement.
+ HR & Performance Domain: Experience with or understanding of core HR & General Administration processes (recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, workforce operations) is a strong plus.
