• Coordinate weekly with technical staff in the After-Sales Department to receive information and defective parts from the market.
• Daily Diagnostic, analyze the warranty parts to solve the cause & report to direct manager.
• Working to take Corrective action & Improvement:
- If the cause of problem comes from supplier, then will work with supplier to take corrective action and improvement.
- If the cause of problem comes from Piaggio's process or design, then will work with relative departments of Piagggio to take the corrective action and improvement.
• Following up the effectiveness of corrective action and improvement.
• Other jobs be assigined by managers.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering,
Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience in a Quality Engineer, preferably in the automotive industry or related manufacturing fields.
• Have knowledge of process chart preferred.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and basic production processes.
• Able to use Excel and Power point.
• Good communication, teamwork skills, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, willing to learn, and able to work well under pressure.
