Product Research Expert

1. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute various presentations and reports based on the needs of the business
- Collect market, competitive and customer data through various research techniques with current and prospective customers, and industry experts
- Maintain intimate knowledge of customer, competitor's and market requirements, utilizing appropriate tools for further analysis
- Collaborate with Sales in the market to have a clear list of the "Must Have / Nice to have" in each region / country
2. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or related major
- 05+ years' experience in an automotive industry or job-related
- Understand the automotive landscape and OEMs
- Knowledge in the areas of market research and analysis of customer needs
- Good at survey design and data analysis tools
- Experience working with Salesforce and Product development is a plus
- Proactively problem-solve and multitask while maintaining composure and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member with a positive 'can do' attitude
- Excellent organization, flexibility and time management skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and business communication skills (written, verbal, listening)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience with SAP is preferred
- Proficient in English is a must
