The Product Specialist acts as a key contact point with Cordinator team Germany regarding OEKO-TEX® certification services. This role is responsible for uploading documentation on certification requirements, coordinating with laboratory teams, and ensuring smooth execution of projects from sample submission to certificate issuance.
Project Coordination
- Manage certification and testing projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with internal laboratories (local & global) for sample testing and evaluation
- Monitor timelines and proactively follow up to ensure deadlines are met
Documentation & Certification Process
- Review application documents and ensure completeness and accuracy
- Prepare testing plan; issue API and Invoice.
- Support issuance of test reports and certificates
Internal Collaboration
• Work closely with Sales, Lab, and global teams (e.g., Germany HQ)
• Escalate technical issues when necessary and support resolution
• Ensure all processes comply with Hohenstein and OEKO-TEX® requirements
Yêu cầu
1-3 years of experience in testing, certification, QA, or technical customer service
Bachelor's degree in Textile, Chemistry, Garment Technology, or related fields
Good understanding of textile materials and supply chain is an advantage
Strong communication skills in English
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple projects
Customer-focused with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
