• Establishing/developing Panasonic training program be one of trusted electrical model for electrician.
• Preparing mid-long training plan for each scheme of electrical level.
• Creating and collecting all contents of product and electrical requirement for training material.
• Recruiting participant, evaluating trainer, organizing all training sessions, and following up to ensure quality of program.

• Cohering with Product planning team to update existing/new product features for preparing training material.
• Cooperating with Marketing team to arrange training schedule for each target audiences including distributor, dealer, electrician, consumer, internal member, ...
Panasonic future customer program
• Collaborating with University/College/Institute for penetrating product through donation activities and workshop/seminar event.
• Raising brand awareness and building trust of future/potential customer by technical seminar and factory tour.
Technical support and customer handling:
• Support customer related to technical matter including specification, test report, ...
• Follow up customer claim handling with factory regarding to technical issue.
• Cooperating with Legal dept to manage and control counterfeit product.
• Other tasks to be assigned.
