Key Responsibilities
Understand business goals, customer problems, and user workflows, and collaborate with engineers to develop practical UI/UX solutions.
Proactively propose design solutions and independently drive assigned product design tasks from problem understanding through
developer handoff.
Design user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed UI designs for SaaS products, web applications, mobile apps, and landing pages.
Build, maintain, and refine design systems, including reusable components, interaction patterns, and design guidelines.
Create consistent experiences across web and mobile platforms, considering responsive layouts, accessibility, and usability.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and design reviews as needed to validate ideas and identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare design specifications and assets for developer handoff, and review implemented interfaces to ensure design quality.
Support the Sales and Marketing teams with visual design materials, ensuring consistency with the company's brand identity.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience
, including experience designing web or mobile applications. Experience designing SaaS products or business management applications is a plus.
A portfolio demonstrating your design process, problem-solving approach, and final UI designs.
Proficiency in
Figma and Canva
.
Ability to translate business and customer problems into usable interfaces while considering technical constraints.
Strong visual design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Experience creating or working with a design system and maintaining consistency across interfaces.
Familiarity with basic user research and usability testing methods, with the ability to turn feedback into design improvements.
Ability to explain design decisions clearly and collaborate effectively with the Development, Business, Sales, and Marketing teams.
A proactive learning mindset, with an interest in exploring new design techniques, styles, and trends and applying them where appropriate.
Attention to detail and openness to feedback.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator.
Video editing skills using
CapCut are a plus.
Experience applying AI tools to support design work and improve workflow efficiency.
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to support collaboration with developers.
A degree in Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
