· Provide administrative support to the Production Supervisor and Production Manager in day-to-day operations.
· Assist in the preparation of production reports, including gathering and analyzing data, and presenting it in a clear and concise manner.
· Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production orders, materials usage, and equipment maintenance.
· Ensure the accuracy and availability of documents for auditing purposes.
· Assist in the implementation and monitoring of production processes and quality control measures to ensure adherence to standards and specifications.
· Ensure that production areas are equipped with necessary facilities, tools.
· Maintain organized and clean production areas, promoting a safe and efficient working environment.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, quality control, and maintenance, to resolve production-related issues.
· Proactively identify areas for process improvement and suggest actionable solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
· Adhere to safety protocols and promote a culture of workplace safety among the production team.
· Manage stocks and consumables, including monitoring inventory levels and ensuring timely replenishment through order tracking and placement.
· Provide follow-up on stock-related activities, such as verifying deliveries, reconciling invoices, and addressing discrepancies.
· Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure adequate supply of materials and equipment for production.
· Support the coordination of employee training programs related to production processes and safety protocols.
