Manage production planning and customer service activities for assigned customer account(s).
Analyze customer forecasts and orders to develop production plans and ensure delivery requirements are met.
Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Procurement and other functions on material readiness, capacity and production execution.
Monitor production schedules, WIP, cycle time and shipment status to ensure on-time delivery.
Communicate directly with customers regarding orders, production status, delivery schedules and related inquiries.
Maintain and update production/order data in SAP/MES and ensure data accuracy.
Prepare and analyze production, WIP, shipment and delivery performance reports.
Support NPI activities and continuous improvement of planning, tracking and reporting processes.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
At least 1 year of experience in Production Control, Production Planning, Customer Service/Customer Operations, Supply Chain or related functions.
Good English communication skills, both written and spoken, as the position works directly with customers.
Good MS Office skills, especially Excel; experience with SAP/MES is an advantage.
Strong analytical, communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible and able to work effectively under pressure.
