1) Production Management

2) Production Planning Management

- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and resources.
3) Team Leadership
- Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve high performance and productivity.

4) Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards and regulatory requirements for seafood production.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance programs to uphold product integrity and safety.
