• Develop and implement assembly processes to improve efficiency and quality in the production of electric vehicles.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.
• Monitor production metrics and provide reports to management on performance and areas for improvement.
• Train and support assembly line staff on best practices and safety protocols.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production workflows.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the assembly process.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of assembly processes and production methodologies.
• Experience with electric vehicle manufacturing is a plus.
• Proficient in using engineering software and tools for process design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
