Production Engineering Staff (Nhân Viên Kỹ Thuật Sản Xuất Mảng Khuôn)

*** JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for Production Engineering Staff who will be in charge of improving mold for current product and developing new mold for new project, details as below:
- Decide and discuss the mold specifications and structure
- Design the overall mold as well as detailed components; establish mold design standards
- Analyze mold errors, propose solutions; set up and adjust molding/ stamping conditions for products
- Handle the necessary procedures in the process of repair and improvement
- Manage progress, schedule for trial molding/ stamping and calculate materials for mold testing
- Perform summary reports on issues encountered during mold trials
- Compile and deliver final documents after finishing the mold according to ISO standards
- Carry out quality checks and product verification during testing molding/ stamping
