We are seeking a Production Engineering Staff to support manufacturing operations by improving production processes, troubleshooting technical issues, and developing production equipment and tooling. This role plays a key part in enhancing Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery (SQCD) performance through continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to production lines and resolve manufacturing issues promptly.
- Analyze root causes of production problems and implement effective corrective actions.
- Design, develop, and improve production equipment, jigs, fixtures, and tooling.
- Support production process optimization to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Program and modify PLC and HMI systems for manufacturing equipment when required.
- Prepare technical documents, work instructions, and engineering reports.
- Coordinate with other departments to improve manufacturing performance.
- Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and manufacturing procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics,
Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or other related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; familiarity with PLC and HMI programming is preferred.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Possession of a valid driver's license is an advantage.
