DETAILED DESCRIPTIONS
1) Production Intern - Operational Excellence - Tien Nga, Dong Nai
Understand production process, product spec, production technology, machine, operation method, quality, food safety, labor safety.
Report on how to: control quality, yield, loss, cost in production. Define bottle neck, element affect to quality, food safety, labpr safety and how to improve.
Requirements: Majoring in Food Technology/ Food Science/ Mechanical Engineering; Good English
2) Production Intern - Machine & Production Optimization - Tien Nga, Dong Nai
Study technology related to product, product spec, machine, operation method, control yield, loss, requirement for food safety, labor safety.
Report on how to: capacity, productivity. Define bottle neck and how to improve
Requirements: Majoring in technical or quality-related fields
3) Production Intern - Capex & SMED Optimization - Long Thanh, Dong Nai
Support Capex project execution and documentation for production upgrades, monitoring cost, saving, and productivity improvements.
Support SMED implementation on production lines (ICA, Pakona, Roasting) by assisting with documentation, standardizing changeover, and monitoring results.
Coordinate production-side project activities with Maintenance, ensuring document control, timeline adherence, and proposing cleaning process improvements.
Requirements: Engineering or Industrial Management background; Good English

Final year or fresher students in bachelor's or master's degree program in a relevant field.
Good at both written and spoken English.
Working location: Mostly in Dong Nai Province, have shuttle bus service.
Must have good academic records.
Must be aspirational, have good interpersonal skills, good aptitude, team player and "Can Do" spirit.
