We are seeking an experienced Cashew Production Supervisor to manage and supervise the complete production process from Raw Cashew Nuts (RCN) to finished cashew kernels. The candidate must have hands-on knowledge of every major processing stage and be capable of closely controlling input, output, recovery, process losses, breakage, and finished-product yields. This is a practical factory-based role requiring strong production knowledge, data control, and daily floor supervision.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the cashew processing industry.
Strong practical knowledge of the complete cashew production process from RCN to finished kernels.
Experience supervising Shelling/cutting, Peeling, Color sorting, Grading, Packing.
Strong knowledge of production recovery and yield management.
Must understand input-output calculations at every production stage.
Ability to analyze Material balance, Yield, Recovery Breakage, Grade distribution, Production losses.
Good understanding of cashew quality standards and kernel grades.
Strong factory-floor management skills.
Good reporting and numerical analysis skills.
Able to use Excel or equivalent tools for production reporting.
Good command of English is required.
Willing and able to work full-time in Bu Dop, Binh Phuoc.
