Job Description: Production Manager (garment, outdoor)
Location: Sóc Trăng Province, Vietnam - Accommodation provided, bus from HCMC
Industry: Garment Manufacturing (Backpack & Handbag)
Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire production process of backpacks and handbags to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
Manage and lead production teams, ensuring smooth operations and effective coordination among departments.
Monitor production schedules, workflow, and resource allocation to optimize productivity.
Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and waste.
Work closely with the planning, sourcing, and quality control teams to ensure seamless operations.
Ensure workplace safety and compliance with labor regulations.
Train and develop staff to improve technical skills and efficiency.
Yêu cầu
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Garment Technology or a related field is preferred.
At least 3 years of experience at a management level in a production setting.
At least 3 years of experience in backpack and handbag manufacturing.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Good communication skills to coordinate with different teams and departments.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing, production planning, and quality management.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
