Oversee and manage daily production operations related to stainless steel pipe welding.
Ensure production efficiency, quality standards, and on-time delivery.
Lead and develop the welding team, including supervisors, team leaders, and operators.
Monitor and improve welding processes, especially for stainless steel pipe systems.
Collaborate with internal departments and group stakeholders to align production with business objectives.

Requirement
Male. 35-45 years old
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (required).
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Production Manager role within mechanical manufacturing.
Strong background in stainless steel pipe welding, particularly orbital welding (circular pipe welding for systems such as cooling or gas pipelines).
Experience in industries such as oil & gas, semiconductor manufacturing (gas piping systems), or automotive (exhaust pipe welding) is highly preferred.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
Fluent in English (all four skills) for communication with clients and group-level meetings.
