Production Manager (Up to 2000$ -10 Lines)

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor the production MEP date (including fabric / trims / production worksheet / pattern ready date etc).
• Monitor the estimate date of start cutting, finish cutting date and start sewing date etc.
• Monitor start and finish of ST date preparation for sewing.
• Daily meeting with line leader and supervisor for setting up and achievement output/ efficiency for each sewing line.
• Hourly checking quality status, advance and remind for production management team how we can improve our quality issues.
• Follow up, observe and continuous improvement bottleneck in sewing line, eliminate all of problem about 5M.
• Monitor finished order report base on daily report, follow up and tracking quantity order closely.
• QCO style should be applying, technician, mechanic and relation department combining together for preparing MEP, setting up machine properly, sewing bulk samples and QAC checking before we are loading bulk order into sewing line.
• PP meeting prepared for introduce about design, customer requirement, quality standards before bulk order running.
• Production management must be meeting with all of worker introduces about sample and quality standards before starting in sewing line.
• First 5 pieces quality meeting for checking and comment about quality, remind poor quality of operations, CAP for improving it.
• Customer FI finished, if orders pass we should have CAP for improving small quality issues, if order fail we should have strong CAP and approval by general director.
• Compliance 6S, CSR and regulatory.
• Weekly plan for FI and shipment date.
• Advance one week for checking and monitoring MEP.
• Advance one month for checking machine and headcount for production planning.
• Mange macro loading plans for factories to ensure right product loaded to right customers.
• Make decisions on production planning and scheduling based on full understanding of the factory capability, customer's requirements and order priority.
• Monitor factory capacity, productivity and output, take pre-emptive measures and actions to ensure smooth loading.
• Anticipate loading and production problems and recommend action plans.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand the customer's requirement.
• Continually review and improve the planning tools and methodologies.
• Provide periodic analysis on capacity factor/order mix in order to support loading team on loading strategy development.
• Closely monitor the production status.
