Production Manager

The Production Manager will supervise and manage all production activities in our new factory in Vietnam. This includes overseeing textile processing, plastic injection, and assembly processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing high-quality production in a manufacturing environment, particularly with baby and juvenile products, and will be proficient in ISO 9001 management systems.
- Supervise all manufacturing activities, including textile processing, plastic injection molding, and assembly. Oversee production planning and control to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing processes. Manage and efficiently deploy all resources (workforce, machinery, materials, etc.) to meet the production targets and maintain high-quality standards.
- Provide team coaching and training for solving problems on time with the right solutions.
- Ensure Compliance with the quality control plan and system from end-to-end to meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address and resolve production-related quality issues. Deliver products/services committed to internal or external customers at the right time, cost, quality, and responsiveness to support their plans.
- Develop, implement, and maintain ISO 9001 management systems. Ensure that the factory holds to the requirements of the latest ISO version, health and safety environment, and buyers' compliance.
- Implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for production efficiency and quality control. Train and mentor staff on production processes, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Prepare production reports and present findings to senior management.
