DEUTSCHE BEKLEIDUNGSWERKE CO., LTD is one member of the ROYAL SPIRIT GROUP, a German high fashion manufacturing group with ITs own woven and sweater labels in both the US and Germany is building a flagship manufacturing facility in LONG HAU Industrial Zone, specialising in high-end fashion speed to market apparel.
We are currently seeking the talents for our vacant, as details:
Plan, organize, and control sweater production activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Monitor and manage production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of orders.
Supervise and coordinate with knitting, linking, trimming, washing, and finishing sections.
Optimize resource utilization - manpower, machines, materials - to maximize productivity and reduce costs.
Ensure production meets required quality standards in coordination with QA/QC departments.
Manage workforce performance including line supervisors, operators, and helpers; provide training where needed.
Identify bottlenecks in the production process and implement effective solutions.
Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and housekeeping standards on the production floor.
Coordinate with merchandising, planning, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain daily production reports and KPIs (efficiency, rejection rate, downtime, etc.).
Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, etc.).
