Position: Production Manager
Responsible to oversee daily operations at workshop &/ office
Manage a team of production staff, provide guidance and support
Ensure smooth and efficient operation processes are in place
Monitor and analyse operational performance and identify areas for improvement
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders (e.g
project managers, commercial manager, clients, subcontractors, HR etc) to ensure operational excellence.
Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety standards.
