Strategic Sales Leadership
Develop and execute a comprehensive advertising sales strategy to drive revenue across ODK Media's platforms.
Identify and penetrate new market segments and advertising verticals to expand market share.
Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and long-term account management.
Partnership & Relationship Management
Cultivate and maintain deep relationships with key media agencies, direct brands, and advertisers.
Negotiate high-level media buying contracts and ensure competitive positioning of ODK Media's inventory.
Serve as a brand ambassador, representing ODK Media at industry events and trade conferences to boost visibility.
Operational & Team Excellence
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to ensure consistent attainment of individual and departmental KPIs.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to develop integrated sales packages and solutions.
Monitor sales performance metrics, manage revenue forecasting, and provide transparent reporting to senior leadership.

Education & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
Experience & Knowledge
Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in advertising sales, media sales, or digital media platforms.
Proven track record of managing a sales department and leading large-scale revenue growth.
Deep understanding of the media landscape, digital ad tech, and the advertising agency ecosystem.
