Production Manager

Job Purpose
Responsible for managing and optimizing daily production operations to achieve production targets, ensure product quality, improve efficiency, and align manufacturing activities with the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Production Planning & Operations Management
Develop and execute production plans, schedules, and resource allocation to meet business and production targets.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure sufficient availability of materials, equipment, and manpower.
Monitor production progress, identify potential issues, and implement timely solutions to maintain operational efficiency.
2. Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead, supervise, and develop the production team to achieve operational goals.
Manage recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee development activities.
Promote teamwork, discipline, continuous improvement, and compliance with company policies and production standards.
3. Process Improvement & Quality ManagementIdentify opportunities to improve production processes, productivity, and cost efficiency.
Analyze production data, detect bottlenecks, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure production activities comply with quality standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Performance Monitoring & ReportingTrack and analyze key production KPIs, including output, productivity, efficiency, downtime, and quality performance.
Prepare regular production reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
Work closely with management to develop action plans to achieve production objectives.
5. Health, Safety & ComplianceEnsure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and company safety procedures.
Conduct regular workplace inspections and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Build and maintain a strong safety culture within the production team.
