Production Planning assistant

Production Planning Assistant, you will support production in cooperation with the Production Supervisors and the Production Manager on daily, weekly and monthly basis. Primary responsibilities include:
Daily operation support:
Coordinate with Supervisors for data consolidation of manpower and system operations for reporting to Production Manager.
Coordinate with related production teams for producing reports to support the production management team in relation to client-related production performance, production team performance.
Independently work as assigned of ad-hoc projects and tasks such as setting up production routes and processes for onboarding new clients and new products, production C&B, workflow set up...
Develop ideas and implement team-building activities for the production management team.
Capacity rolling support:
Prepare and consolidate production statistics for both full-time processes for production capacity planning.
Coordinate between the production management team and Business Development team for producing and presenting production volume plan based on rolling volume forecast, historical data review with all involved teams/departments.
Coordinate with production supervisors and HR team for production volume analysis and manpower planning.
Calculating KPIs & budgeting responsibility:
Coordinate with production supervisors for data consolidation for the annual budgeting process such as operational cost, direct production headcount plan.
Coordinate, consolidate, and review with production supervisors for data consolidation about performance evaluation such as KPI achievements, employee performance in production on a quarterly and yearly basis.
Calculate and submit production KPIs data to the HR team for the monthly process: production C&B development as a project, production incentive, hard and KPI bonuses, other production bonuses, special and ad-hoc allowances as per company policy applied...
