Production Planning Executive

Production Planning Executive, you will undertake production planning in cooperation with the Production supervisors and the Production Manager on daily, weekly and monthly basis. Primary responsibilities include:
Daily operation support:
Coordinate with supervisors for data consolidation of quality, manpower and system operation for reporting to Production Manager.
Coordinate with related production teams for day-to-day overall report to support production management team in following up the issues and taken necessary corrective action.
Independently work as assigned of ad-hoc projects such as onboarding new clients to production, production C&B, workflow set up, team building.
Capacity rolling support
Prepare and consolidate of outsourcing statistics both fulltime & parttime production for production & capacity planning.
Coordinate between production management team and sales team for production volumne planning based on sales rolling, forecasted result and previous production trend with all involved teams/departments.
Monitor the production plan and schedule to utilize resources effectively and efficiently
Coordinate with production suppervisors and HR team for production volumne analysis and manpower planning.
Payroll & budgeting support
Coordinate with production supervisors for data consilation for annual budgeting such as operational cost, headcount planning.
Coordinate with production supervisors for data consilation for employee performance evaluation such as KPI setup, employee performance review in quarterly and yearly.
Calculate and submit data to HR for monthly payroll: production C&B as project, product incentive,hard/ KPI bonus, extra bonus, hot bonus for special OT, special allownce for work from home policy...
