Production Planning Executive

- Plan detailed production for each order.
- Work with sales, production, logistics, etc. to plan the exploitation of goods and update the delivery schedule.
- Production planning and preparation: Make master planning to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping date according to sales forecast or orders of customers.
- Monitor detail production progress.
- Analyze and balance production specifications, capacity metrics and perform calculations to determine production processes, tools, human resource requirements, and input materials.
- Coordinate with related departments to check the required ability of products.
- Urgently implement change options to respond to unforeseen emergencies.
- Propose methods to improve performance (if any).
- Provide solutions when there are problems with progress, quality, and quantity of orders.
