Receive orders and demand forecasts from the Sales / Customer Service department. Analyze actual production capacity (machinery, manpower, equipment) to develop detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly production schedules for each process/production line. Balance and calculating Material Requirements Planning (MRP) based on the Bill of Materials (BOM), coordinating with the
Purchasing department to ensure timely supply.
Closely monitor daily production progress on the shop floor to ensure alignment with the master plan. Promptly identify and resolve issues impacting the schedule (machine breakdowns, material shortages, quality issues, manpower deficits). Flexibly adjust production plans to accommodate urgent orders or sudden changes from customers.
Control work-in-progress (WIP) and finished goods inventory at optimal levels. Coordinate with the Logistics/Warehouse department to monitor safety stock levels for key raw materials
Prepare progress and order fulfillment reports for upper management and related department.

At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within manufacturing plants (Experience in the company's specific industry is highly preferred).
Proficiency in office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS team, etc.
Good English communication skills, positive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and certain ability to withstand stress;
Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday. Employees are entitled to 25 Saturdays off per year. Saturday attendance is flexible depending on business needs and departmental requirements, and employees are not required to work every Saturday. If employees work on a Saturday, it is not considered overtime, and taking all entitled Saturdays off will not affect their salary.
13th-Month Bonus: Paid based on the salary stated in the Labor Contract.
MIP Performance Bonus: Annual performance bonus of up to 8.33% of the annual base salary, subject to company business performance and the terms of the Labor Contract.
