Control and check material and make the balance.
Control data input for inventory and DHR.
Confirm actual products follow production schedule.
Confirm production order sheet before send to production.
Control the record of loss of each machine.
Confirm actual product to the order with PSC section.
Receive and estimate delivery date of next order to PSC section.
Check / make production schedule and parts request sheet for each section.
Confirm stock of material and planning and confirm of inventory.
Make and issue material consumption plan for materials to be imported
Check material's problem.
Contact to concern section for other affair
Revise production schedule, control materials to be returned.
Train and develop subordinate.
Prepare production report and profit and loss report.
Other job that may be entrusted by superior position or section manager and department manager.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree or College diploma in a relevant field.
At least 4 years of experience in production planning in a large-scale manufacturing company.
Proven experience in team management and leadership.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proactive, hardworking, and responsible, with a strong sense of accountability.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Proficiency in Japanese or English is an advantage.
