- Summary of Job Objective Chuyên viên Kế hoạch Sản xuất đóng vai trò "mắt xích" trung tâm, kết nối giữa đơn hàng và thực tế sản xuất. Nhiệm vụ chính là điều phối nguồn lực (nguyên vật liệu, máy móc, nhân lực) để đảm bảo các đơn hàng nội thất/gỗ được hoàn thành đúng tiến độ, đúng chất lượng và tối ưu hóa chi phí. The Production Planning Specialist acts as the central "link" between customer orders and actual production. The main responsibility is to coordinate resources (materials, machinery, manpower) to ensure furniture/wood orders are completed on schedule, with the right quality, and optimized costs.
* Nhiệm vụ và Trách nhiệm chính
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Lập kế hoạch nhu cầu vật tư (MRP):
+ Tiếp nhận đơn hàng mới từ bộ phận Kinh doanh (Sales).
+ Căn cứ vào BOM (Định mức nguyên vật liệu) từ Phòng Kỹ thuật để tính toán chi tiết số lượng gỗ, phụ kiện, vật tư phụ cần thiết.
+ Lập dự toán mua hàng và gửi yêu cầu cho bộ phận Mua hàng đảm bảo vật tư về đúng thời điểm sản xuất. Material Requirement Planning (MRP):
* Receive new orders from Sales.
- Use BOM (Bill of Materials) provided by Technical Department to calculate detailed quantities of wood, accessories, and auxiliary materials.
- Prepare purchasing forecasts and send requests to Procurement to ensure timely material supply.
- Lập và Điều phối kế hoạch sản xuất:
+ Xây dựng lịch trình sản xuất chi tiết (theo tuần/tháng) cho từng tổ đội/xưởng gỗ.
+ Cân đối năng suất thực tế của nhà máy với thời hạn giao hàng (Lead time) để cam kết tiến độ với khách hàng. Production Planning and Coordination:
+ Develop detailed production schedules (weekly/monthly) for each team/wood workshop.
+ Balance actual factory capacity with delivery deadlines (Lead time) to commit timelines to customers.
- Triển khai hồ sơ kỹ thuật xuống xưởng:
+ Phát hành và bàn giao bộ hồ sơ sản xuất gồm: BOM, Bản vẽ kỹ thuật, Cutting List cho các bộ phận sản xuất.
+ Giải thích và hướng dẫn sơ bộ các lưu ý đặc biệt của đơn hàng cho Quản đốc/Tổ trưởng. - Technical Documentation Deployment:
+ Issue and hand over production documents including BOM, technical drawings, and Cutting List to production teams.
+ Provide explanations and highlight special notes of orders to Supervisors/Team Leaders.
- Theo dõi và Giám sát tiến độ:
+ Làm việc chặt chẽ tại hiện trường với bộ phận Sản xuất để cập nhật trạng thái đơn hàng hàng ngày.
+ Kịp thời xử lý các sự cố phát sinh (thiếu hụt vật tư, máy hỏng) để không ảnh hưởng đến ngày xuất hàng. Progress Monitoring and Supervision:
+ Work closely on-site with Production to update daily order status.
+ Handle arising issues (material shortages, machine breakdowns) promptly to avoid shipment delays.
+ Phụ trách đo lường thời gian sản xuất và tối ưu kế hoạch:
+ Thực hiện đo lường thời gian chuẩn cho từng công đoạn sản xuất.
+ Phân tích dữ liệu thời gian để nhận diện điểm nghẽn và đề xuất cải tiến.
+ Đưa ra các phương án tối ưu hóa kế hoạch sản xuất nhằm nâng cao năng suất và giảm chi phí. Responsible for Production Time Measurement and Optimization:
+ Conduct time measurement for each production process step.
+ Analyze time data to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
+ Provide optimized production planning solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
