1- Main duties:
Ensure effective production planning aligned with customer demand, production capacity, and material inventory. Monitor production progress and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure on-time delivery and optimize production efficiency.
2- Responsibility:
Production Planning:
Analyze orders, demand forecasts, and inventory levels to develop detailed daily/weekly/monthly production plans
Balance production capacity, materials, and manpower to ensure feasibility of the plan.
Monitoring and Adjustment:
Track actual production progress and identify deviations from the plan.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and
purchasing teams to adjust plans in response to changes in materials, machinery, or orders.
Data Management and Reporting:
Update and maintain planning data in ERP/MRP systems.
Provide regular reports on plan execution, risks, and improvement proposals.
Process Improvement:
Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance planning efficiency and reduce waste.
Propose solutions to optimize production processes and supply chain operations.
