Job Purpose
Lead the maintenance team to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of production equipment. You will drive maintenance planning, problem-solving, and team development to support safe and uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of maintenance technicians and machine operators.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement sustainable solutions to minimize downtime.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage maintenance schedules, spare parts, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to optimize performance.
- Support equipment installation, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation Engineering.
- Experience in maintenance, engineering, or manufacturing operations within a factory environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proven people leadership and team development capability.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; SAP or CMMS experience is an advantage.
- Good command of English.
