KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate offshore process facilities and participate in Simultaneous Operatios (SIMOPS) in accordance with operating procedures, permit-to-work requirements, company policies and emergency procedures.
Operate and manage production/injection wells in line with well-management guidelines; take well readings and oil/water samples as required.
Maintain accurate operating logs, production records and daily production reports; promptly report equipment abnormalities and deviations to the CRE or Production Supervisor.
Perform gas testing and isolations under applicable permits; monitor chemical-injection equipment and dosage rates.
Carry out well performance/compliance tests, diagnose and optimise process systems, perform API 14B and valve greasing, and conduct oil-quality tests when required.
Monitor piping condition using corrosion-probe readings and iron counts; coordinate stores/spares and monitor production-material consumption with the Materials Controller.
Support first-line maintenance and repairs, CFTs, shutdowns, isolations, planned and cross-department maintenance; perform assigned emergency-response duties and other tasks directed by the P&P/WHP Supervisor.
