1. Take full responsibility of the shift in terms of management of staff, management of production and quality targets and to ensure the smooth running of the production processes and guarantee delivery time
2. Take full responsibility of the quality and product that is produced within the shift in line with the companies quality systems, processes and procedures
3. Follow up on the production plan
4. Make operation schedule and arrange detailed production events
5. Monitor, measure and report on production related process performance, general issues
6. Check and evaluate manufacturing equipment for safety and functionality
7. Fulfil other jobs, related to work, assigned by Production Manager
Yêu cầu
Bachelor degree (Textile or related major )
Special trainings/authorisations: New textile technology, production planning and site management
Work experience: 5 years working experience, in the textile industry
Good health, able to work in shifts.
