1. Reporting and Documentation
· Prepare and consolidate daily and monthly production reports accurately and on time.
· Maintain production documents, records, forms, and filing systems in good order.
· Prepare and manage other administrative documents and paperwork required by the production function.
2. Attendance and Workforce Administration
· Collect, check, and consolidate attendance records for all production employees.
· Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure attendance data is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
· Support the Production Manager in tracking manpower information and related administrative records.

Purchasing Support for Production
· Handle purchasing requests and related documentation for production needs.
· Coordinate with the Purchasing Department to follow up purchase requests, delivery status, and required supporting documents.
· Ensure production purchasing information is recorded and communicated clearly to relevant stakeholders.
4. SAP Data Entry and Reporting
· Complete data entry and production-related transactions in SAP accurately and on time.
· Check and verify production data before submission to ensure accuracy and completeness.
· Support the preparation of SAP reports and related production data summaries as required.
5. Cross-functional Coordination
· Coordinate with Maintenance, Purchasing, Accounting, and other relevant departments to collect and input accurate data.
· Follow up with relevant departments to ensure required information, documents, and reports are completed properly.
· Provide administrative support to ensure smooth communication and documentation flow within the production function.
