Position Summary: The Production Supervisor oversees our production operations. You'll guarantee that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows, the goal is to ensure that production processes deliver products of maximum quality in a profitable manner. You'll also responsible for supporting and maintaining all policies of the company including Health and Safety requirements and supervising and maintaining housekeeping in accordance with 5S principles. Drive a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement on the manufacturing floor. Ensure GMP, BRC and other government Standards are being met, Continuous Improvement, and standard work procedures are followed. You should also be able to optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing costs.
Specific Functions, Additional duties will include but not be limited to the following:
Supervise effective working of production personnel and prepare effective production schedules and ensure compliance to all company policies.
Ensure to meet receiving, production, shipping plan.
Ensure the products meet quality and food safety standards.
Ensure training/instruction is performed for new employees and effective.
Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; monitoring personnel and resources; implementing cost reductions.
Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.
Report down time and any problem in the plant in time. Report immediate to the superior on issues related to productivity, output, workload etc.
Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, and equipment.
Ensure compliance towards safety regulations at all lines. To ensure safety regulation adheres at the workplace.
Develop and maintain effective relations with all company employees at various levels of the organization.
Other assignments if required by Department Manager, Factory Manager

Qualification, Competencies Requirements:
Education: Graduated from College or University majoring in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Agriculture, or related field.
Experience: Having 3-4 years of experience in production supervision and in the Food Manufacturing industry is advantageous.
Key Behavioral/ Leadership Competencies: Good people management skills; Identifying problems and implementing preventative strategies to minimize risk; Strong problem-solving skills, analytic ability, and very detail oriented.
Key Technical Competencie: Have knowledge of food hygiene and safety, production process, understanding production processes, GMP, HACCP, ISO, BRC is advantageous.
Key Soft Skill: English skills: Good communication; Proficient with Microsoft skills excel report; Outstanding time management skills; Excellent communication.
Working Conditionals:
Working time: From Mons to Sats, required to work in shifts and overtime according to production plan.
Working place: ICD Tan Cang, Tien Nga Warehouse B10, Tan Cang Hamlet, Phuoc Tan Ward, Bien Hoa City.
Dynamic working environment.
13th salary bonus & KPIs Performance Bonus (1-3 months).
Salary reviews 1 time/year.
Training opportunities for both soft skills and professional skills.
