Production Supervisor (KCN Tân Kim_New Job)

1. Meet production plans from the planning department, ensure delivery plans:
- Receive monthly plans for each line.
- Evaluate the personnel situation at the beginning of the month, make recruitment requests to personnel when needed.
- Estimate skills training needs and work with training staff on training schedules.
- Feedback to manager and planning about product number that are lately to be behind schedule from the beginning of the month.
- Supervise actual production at production lines and liaise with departments to resolve arising problems.
- Work with the technician supervisor on the monthly machine setup plan for each line.
2. Meet compliance with quality requirements for each product during the production process:
- Receive product quality information from line leader and PQC, coordinate with technicians, QC & Engineer to investigate and handle output and prevention.
- Train Line leader staff on methods to prevent quality errors arising at the line
3. Optimize 4M in production operations:
- Evaluate productivity and quality of product codes and make improvement plans for each code
- Track improvement processes and record lessons
4. Controlling labor safety during production (people & equipment):
- Supervise safety performance and remind employees of safety compliance.
