Responsibilities:
1. Manage assigned production lines, manpower and overtime to achieve quality, efficiency and delivery targets.
2. Maintain accurate production data, records and reports for management review.
3. Coordinate with Cutting, Quality, IE, Warehouse and other departments to ensure smooth production.
4. Monitor technical standards and ensure team compliance with required specifications.
5. Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping and production procedures.
6. Monitor production performance and take necessary actions to achieve efficiency targets.
7. Coach and develop team members to meet company and customer requirements.
