Production Supervisor

Basic function:
The Production Supervisor shall be responsible for all activities which enable safe and efficient production operation of wellhead platform in the HSTD Development Area. He will perform day to day operation and maintenance of the process and utilities facilities on the WHP taking into account safety for personnel, environment and facilities and proper adherence to Company procedures and government statutory requirements. He will report daily on his activities directly to the TLJOC Offshore Installation Manager or Designate.
Principal accountabilities:
• Adhere to Company safety I environment standards and establish safe work practices
• Maintain process parameters and overall plant status within normal operating condition
• Minimize equipment downtime
• Optimize consumable usage
• Optimize production chemical usage
Tasks I Responsibilities:
a) During platform pre-commissioning and commissioning:
Participate in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities such as:
1. Familiarize with platform facilities and equipment including participation in FAT
2. Attend equipment SAT and commissioning
3. Perform line walk
4. Develop punch list and follow up with close-out
5. Production start-up preparation
b) During production operations:
Plan, coordinate and perform day to day activities with regard to production and maintenance of WHP:
1. Participate in all HSE program and activities taken place in field and at platform
2. Act as ERT member during emergency at WHP or the FPSO
3. Process and implement Permit To Work system for all activities carried out on platform including but not limited to mechanical isolation, system depressurization for wireline, work-over, modification, construction, etc...
4. Monitor well performance and equipment functioning by accurately logging their operating parameters
5. Perform production start-up, shutdown as and when required
6. Perform routine production activities such as well testing, well fluid BSW test, injection water Millipore test, etc...
7. Perform regular condition check on piping, valves and equipment for leakage, corrosion and first-line maintenance such as greasing valves, topping-up lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, etc...
8. Perform routine preventive maintenance for platform equipment including but not limited to critical function testing, inspection and troubleshooting and maintain log of all these historical activities
9. Perform regular stock check and inspection for chemicals, consumables, spares and safety equipment and make replenishment request
10. Administer, including providing safety briefing, contractors I visitors coming to platform
11. Coordinate and monitor contractors' work on platform and make sure that facilities I equipment are reinstated to normal operating conditions upon completion of their works.
12. Act as crane operator or signal man for offloading I back loading using platform crane
13. Work out with onshore engineer to prepare spare parts, stock inventory, machinery troubleshooting
14. Cooperate with FPSO in all production activities (production shutdown I start up, well opening I closing, etc...)
15. Review and update platform working procedures (as and when applicable)
16. Report to OIM or Designate on daily basis for production and maintenance activities and on monthly basis for stock check, PPM statistic, production and equipment uptime
17. Provide operational and manning support for Thang Long project when required with possibility of roll over to Thang Long facilities. This includes from EPIC.
18. Assist contractor for operational and maintenance job when required I available
19. Complete other assignment task from line managers
