Mô tả công việc
- Control the operations of the Huhtamaki (Vietnam) to achieve planned product level and consistent quality at optimum cost.
- Ensure production and capital works are planned, developed and implemented on time and within budget.
- To execute all activities on the production line toward "safely producing the high quality products and complying with legal requirements"
* Main task :
- Develops, implements and drives action plans to achieve stated departmental business and personal objectives.
- Develops and manages personal work plan objectives of immediate subordinates.
- Ensures performance meets product quality requirements.
- Performs to Huhtamaki's Manufacturing Instructions and Quality System.
- Identifies specific opportunities for product quality improvement.
- Liaisons with inter departmental manager for the implementation of quality improvement projects.
- Builds up the quality checklists for input, process, and output phases.
