Production Team Lead

As a part of the Business Analytics and Advisory department, the Innovation Lab is a creative research and development team responsible for new services and media concept development.
Reporting to the Innovation Lab Project Coordinator, the Production Team Lead will be responsible for the conceptualization and execution of new pilot concepts for all media, including but not limited to livestream, short videos, images, content development, and scripting. The Production Team Lead will collaborate with a livestream team that will be involved in the production, execution, and analysis of concept pilot testing livestreams. The Production Team Lead will also work with the Commercial team to pitch new pilot ideas to test with the client. They will additionally work with the Business Integration team to adapt successful concepts to integrate into the current business with the Client Services team. The ideal candidate should be well-organized and adaptable to a rapidly-changing business environment.
In the Production Team Lead role, the candidate will be responsible for:
• Development of all new written and media concepts for testing (video, livestream, imagery, scripting)
• Overseeing pilot livestreams alongside Production, Studio Operations, and Analytics
• Helping integrate successful pilot concepts to the regular Livestream team
• Building reports and analyzing key results and findings of pilot tests, including but not limited to, expected annual budgets and ROI
• Arranging and organizing materials for reports to senior management at OnPoint: Pilot Results and Performance Quality, Monthly reports on Industry / Market Trends
• Manage the coordination of internal resources cross-functionally and across teams
