This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in manufacturing processes, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.Job Responsibilities• Design, develop, and implement effective training programs tailored to the needs of production staff, ensuring alignment with operational goals and industry best practices• Conduct thorough assessments of training needs through consultations with production managers, performance evaluations, and industry standards to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement• Plan and execute projects to enhance Compliance - Discipline - Quality - Expertise within the Production Division• Stay current with industry trends, advancements in manufacturing technology, and best practices to continuously improve training programs and methods• Work closely with production managers, HR, and other departments to ensure training programs are integrated with overall business objectives and support career development opportunities for staff• Ensure all training programs comply with relevant safety regulations and company policies. Promote a culture of safety and adherence to quality standards throughout training initiatives• Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and program outcomes. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on training effectiveness and recommendations for improvements
