Feed Additives is a vital product group within Trouw Nutrition (Nutreco). Globally, we deliver solutions for the feed-to-food safety, health & performance, phytogenic, and trace mineral nutrition.
The company is further investing in Feed Additives (Feed Safety) solutions, with a special focus on optimization in feed production, mold and Salmonella control, Mycotoxin Risk Management in the feed ingredients, feed industry, animal health and nutrition.

Vietnam (Nutreco VN) currently has an opportunity for a Program Manager - Feed Safety (Feed Additives). In this position, you will have the opportunity to manage, co-create, and further develop our Feed Additives products and solutions.
Job Description:
I. Main Tasks
Technical support
Convince customers of the technical and economic benefits of our solutions.
Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop a professional, profit-contributing equipment service.
Take responsibility for introducing and implementing
technical sales support materials (demos, trials) for sales and related teams.
Supply information and data, assist in defining Unique Selling Propositions (USPs), and support marketing material creation and market sales approaches.
Provide dosage and application recommendations for feed ingredients across all feasible situations.
Act as the troubleshooting and support desk for technical and sales-related questions.
Initiate and track local field trial opportunities; ensure proper integration of field trial data into sales dossiers and maintain up-to-date communication on new findings.
Demonstrate the need for specific products to customers, prove their effectiveness, provide application advice, and highlight the financial benefits of these services.
Support sales teams and customers with intuitive, user-friendly dosage equipment systems.
Training: Deliver proper technical and economic benefits training to sales teams, nutritionists, customers, and distributors regarding the product portfolio.
R&D: Support innovative ideas using literature desk research, market insights, lab service results, and customer feedback to drive sales growth for current and future products.
Profitability Contribution: Continuously seek bottom-line improvements within and outside your area of responsibility to enhance Feed Additives product value.
Foster a mutual understanding between technical functionality and other business operations within the Feed Additives segment for optimal output.
Reporting & Strategy: Provide regular updates on activities, achievements, upcoming issues, and concerns through monthly written reports. Develop and execute an annual technical plan, including a budget plan and a three-year strategic outlook.
Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate across all organizational functions to maximize contributions to the Feed Additives line and the overall Trouw Nutrition (Nutreco) bottom line.
II. Minimum Education and Qualification Required
Education: Bachelor of Science in Animal Nutrition, Agribusiness, Feed Processing, or an equivalent field.
Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Manager or a related role. Practical experience and an understanding of feed production is highly preferred.
Skills: Proven ability to create and deliver compelling presentations that effectively convey the strategic messages of the program offering.
Languages: Fluency in both written and spoken Vietnamese & English is mandatory. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
