JOB PROFILE and DESCRIPTION
1. NPI project coordinator and manager of engineering activities for a new factory;
2. Data collection/ Engineering documentation/ Reporting;
3. Internal schedule/process/quality data tracking;
4. Working within a cross functional team in a collaborative and engaging manner, support the NPI programs and coordinator the transfer of the new product to mass production at the agreed quality levels.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
1. Manage day-to-day execution of open engineering items
2. Create program summary updates and reports to management
3. Coordinate and plan with the whole engineering team to solve process issues;
4. Handle documentation and modification of the production process to ensure the process documents are correct and updated in time;
5. Other temporary work assigned by the leader

Yêu cầu
CORE COMPETENCIES - Knowledge and Skills
1. General manufacturing or electronics manufacturing experience.
2. Familiar with the production process of the cable is a plus
3. Well understanding of cable design and the development procedure is a plus
4. Know the technical reform of the producing equipment;
5. Skill in oral and written English; Fluent in Chinese is a plus
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
1. Occasional travel required between Vietnam and Shanghai, China
2. Ability to tolerate manufacturing environment - moderate noise levels and temperatures
3. Hands on leader who will learn and grow the business
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
Reports to NPI Manager, and works closely with Production team and Quality team.
