Requirements
- University degree in Technical Sciences or Engineering, or other related discipline;
- A minimum of six years of related professional experience; at least two years of experience in an international organization, or national non-governmental organization or public institution;
Professional fluency in Vietnamese and English;
- Experience with configuring Microsoft IIS Server;
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server;
- Problem solving, organization skills and ability to think algorithmically;
- Experience with deploying web applications to Microsoft IIS Server;
- Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases;
- Experience as web application developer;
- Ability to work independently and in team;
- Experience with writing and analyzing SQL Queries;
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point;
- Proven ability to interact positively with colleagues regardless of culture, nationality or gender;
- Ability to travel at short notice and to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings;
- Commitment to the underlying objective of helping the authorities and families of the missing to account for missing persons in an impartial and transparent manner.

This is a project funded position under Vietnam Project with initial funding until 30 September 2025 with a competitive base salary at the LES 6 level on the ICMP Vietnam salary scale, generous paid leave and extensive health insurance benefits for the incumbent and any eligible dependent.
